Jill Williams, VP Human Resources, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of telecommunications and logistics experience. She began her career in 1989 as a customer relationship manager for Barnett Bank. In 1991 she joined Knight Enterprises in a manager role to support the Tampa cable system rebuild project. In 1993 she was promoted to Quality Control Inspector and spent the next 25 years gaining an in-depth knowledge of the Fulfillment department. Her roles included Dispatch Manager, Installation Manager, Director of Customer Service and most recently served as the Regional Director managing the Florida and Carolina markets. Jill previously served on the board of directors for the Circle of Enterprising Women, a subsidiary of Junior Achievement and on the Parents Association board at Canterbury School of Florida.
